You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been accepted by a brand or within the first 24 hours after the Brand's acceptance of the order provided that the Brand has not yet provided confirmation of shipment tracking information to Bulletin and to the Retailer (i.e., by uploading this information to the Website). Once a brand accepts an order, they count on that cash, go into production or, in some cases, even begin making the product by hand.
A Retailer is not otherwise entitled to cancel an order after it has been placed. If a Retailer wishes to cancel an order after it has been placed other than as described in this paragraph, then the Retailer may inquire here for assistance.
We give brands 7 full days to accept or decline an order but stress that brands should accept or decline within 24 hours of receipt.
