Missing or Damaged Items

Bulletin requires damaged and missing products to be claimed within 14 days of receiving the original shipment. Any damages or missing items claimed after that period of time will not be considered Brand or transit damages and you will not receive replacements. Please reach out to the brand directly through our Messaging functionality to coordinate a reshipment of the damaged items. You must include a detailed list of what items were damaged along with photographs of all of the damages when sending a damage claim to the brand.

If the brand requests the damaged products to be shipped back to them, you must package and ship these items back. A return label will be provided by the brand.
