Retailer Account Statuses

On your Retailer account, you might have noticed a section on your Account Profile titled "Status".


Your Retailer account status at Bulletin is a reflection of your credit standing on the platform. There are two main statuses that you might see your account switch into:


ACTIVE - Your account is active, meaning you are free to browse and shop on the platform!*


SUSPENDED - Your account has one or more failed payments on your order invoices.

*If you're placing your first order at Bulletin, your account may be placed on a brief hold while our Verification team vets and verifies your shop. After passing our Verification process, you're free to use your remaining credits on more Bulletin orders!
