For any marketplace communication, please reach out to the brand directly through our messaging functionality! You can message any brand on the platform by going to their brand page, and finding the "Message Brand" button on the lower left-hand corner of their header image. You can also message any brand with who you have placed an order with by going to the orders tab in your dashboard. From there, click the pink More Info button and below the packing slip and shipping details, you will see a button to message the retailer. Once you send the initial message, new and old messages will be in the messages tab in your dashboard and you will be able to send attachments using the + icon.
