If you are running into an issue with your product CSV bulk upload, please take a look at common errors that will cause a .CSV to fail.

Multiple Product Types: While Bulletin allows up to three product types (categories) per product, this can only be added after uploading your products to the site. The CSV itself should only include one product type per product.

Too Many Variants: Our CSV supports at most two variant columns. Additionally, we recommend only including variant options that retailers can actively choose from. Since the “Material” and “Color” fields you included aren't selectable, I’ve removed them. I kept the “Size” variant, as at least one variant is required for products to go live.

Product Types: While incorrect product types won’t prevent your CSV from uploading, I’ve corrected them to align with our system. This will help streamline your upload process moving forward. You can always find which product types to choose here: Bulk Upload: Choosing your Product Type

Duplicate Titles: Each product title must be unique—otherwise, the system will only upload one and overwrite the rest. To fix this, I added a color or size to the titles where needed.

Images: For a CSV upload, each image needs to be a direct image URL.
To get one:- Right-click on the image.
- Select “Copy image address” or “Copy image link.”
- Paste that URL into the CSV.
You can add up to 3 image URLs per product, separated by spaces. If you’d prefer, you can leave the image column blank for now and upload images manually after the CSV is processed.
- Weight Column: This is a required field and can only include numeric values measured in lbs.
