Can we have more than one Owner?
No. Each account has one Owner.

Can Standard Users see payment info?
No. Payment and billing details are restricted to the Owner.

Can everyone see who is on the team?
Yes. All users can view team members.

Can one email be an Owner on one account and a Standard User on another?
Yes. Your role is specific to each account.

Can I switch accounts during onboarding?
Yes. If you need to access an already completed account, you can switch without finishing onboarding first.

What does this mean for my team?

You can now:

  • Add sales reps, marketing team members, buyers, or operations staff

  • Give access without sharing login credentials
