How to Switch Between Multiple Accounts

Overview

If you manage more than one Brand and/or Retailer account, you can now use one email address to access all of them.

No more logging in and out.


How It Works

If your email is connected to multiple accounts:

  1. Click your profile icon (top navigation)

  2. Open the account dropdown

  3. Select the brand you want to access

  4. You’ll instantly switch accounts

You can switch at any time — even during onboarding.


What You’ll See

  • Organization name

  • Profile picture (if uploaded)

  • All accounts associated with your email


Important Tips

  • Always check which account you're viewing before placing orders or editing information.

  • Switching accounts does not log you out.

  • Your permissions stay tied to your role in each account (Owner or Standard User).
