Accounts are only accessible upon application approval, whether you're a brand or a retailer. The error you may be receiving is likely due to the status of your application.
If you are Retailer, upon approval, you will receive a link to create your account and from there you can update your password.
If you are a brand, once your application is approved, you will be sent to our Onboarding Form and will be able to set you password from there!
