Steps to Fulfill a Bulletin Order

Congrats on getting your first order through Bulletin! We hope that there are many, many more orders to come. In case you need some help fulfilling your order, here are the steps for you to complete the order and to calculate your payout date:

 

You will first be notified of your order through the email address associated with your Bulletin account. This email will come from Bulletin Support and will have the title "New Bulletin Order (B-#####) From Retailer Name".

In this email, you will see your Order Request. Click on Review Order to be brought into your Bulletin Order Dashboard.

You can also access your Order dashboard by clicking on the Orders & Payouts tab on the top Navigation bar or by clicking into the Dashboard and clicking into the Orders tab to the Left-Hand side of your screen.

Once in your order, you can either Accept or Decline.

It is important to note you MUST Accept or Decline your order within 7 days, otherwise your order will Expire. Once your order expires we can not reinstate it. We will never penalize your brand for denying orders, but if you have an excessive amount of Expired Orders, we will be forced to hide your brand.

You can also adjust the quantity of product being accepted.  

Now that you have accepted your order, you will have another chance to adjust the quantities. Once you are happy to your order, press Create Packing Slip

On this page you will be able to enter in all your shipping details. Once you've entered in your carrier, tracking number and shipping cost, press Mark As Shipped

Congratulations. You have now successfully fulfilled your order on Bulletin! 

 

If you ever need to message a retailer, please press the Screenshot 2024-11-25 at 2.51.27 PM-3.jpg on the top right-hand corner of your order. Once you or the retailer initiate the first message, all message can be seen and managed in the Message tab in your Dashboard.
