If you need to edit any background information about your brand you would do this on your Brand Page Profile.
To do this, you would log into Bulletin and click on the Dashboard button
You are now in the dashboard. Click on the Brand Page tab. All your brand information lives here and can be edited at any time.
Account Details:
- Email: You will receive all orders, and other communications, to the email listed here. This is also the email you will use to log in. Please make sure it is up to date!
- Bulletin URL: Here, you can create a custom URL and share with friends, family, and retailers. Check you out!

Brand Details:
- Instagram: Make sure this is up to date so retailers can check out the beautiful photos of your products on instagram. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Brand Values: Selecting these makes it easier for retailers to filter and find your products. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Product Category: This will populate all the categories that your products are currently in. You will not be able to select them from this menu.

Profile Image:
- This image is the first impression to retailers. Make sure it's an image that represents your brand in it's entirety. We highly recommend using a lifestyle image. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile. Required size is 1500 × 1875.
- How to replace image: Press on the light gray trash can in the right-hand corner to remove the image. Click or drop a file to upload

Brand Description:

- Your brand description is best displayed with 500 characters or less. At this time, the bio will be displayed in a single paragraph. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.

Business and Fulfillment Address:
- Business Address: A business address is how we show our retailers where your business is based out of. While we wont show the whole address, the city you input will be displayed under your Brand Name in the live view of your profile.
- Fulfillment Address: If the address you fulfill orders out of is different than your business address, uncheck the box that reads "This is my fulfillment address" and input the correct address. This address will not be publicly displayed anywhere.

Order Fulfillment:
- Minimum/Maximum Lead Times: This is the amount of days it takes you to create/ manufacture/receive and ship your products. If you have a range you can use both Minimum and Maximum lead times. If you have a solid amount of days you can just fill out the minimum lead time box. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): The minimum amount that can be ordered from your store. A retailer will be required to meet this amount to place their order. We suggest starting with an MOV around $250. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Minimum Reorder Value: This is the amount the retailer will be required to meet when they re-order from you. We suggest lowering it a bit from your MOV amount, a way to show thanks to your loyal customer. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Case Packs / Increments: If you ship in casepacks, select Yes and put the size of your case pack in the field below. If you do no ship in case packs, select No.
- Special Services: Click the dropdown menu and choose the services that your brand provides, this is optional. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.
- Deals & Promotions: Click the dropdown menu and choose the deals that your brand provides, this is optional. This will show up on the live view on your brand profile.

Make sure you press Save after editing any information.
