Marking Items Out of Stock/Editing Product Variants

Here are some helpful tips on how to show that items on your Brand page are no longer available in your inventory. As always, you can communicate directly with your Retailers through the Bulletin Messaging Feature to let them know if there are products in their order that are out of stock!
 
How to Mark An Entire Item as Inactive
  • Click on the item you want to hide from the platform
  • On the right-hand side you will see Is Active
  • You want to click these so they are no longer blue
  • Click Save at the top right 
Your item will still be seen by you under your products list but no Retailer will be able to see it on the platform and you will not get any orders on this item until you toggle Is Active again.
 
 
How to Mark a Variant Out Of Stock
  • Click on the item you wish to modify to open the product editing page
  • Scroll down to variants
  • Toggle the In Stock button:

  • Scroll back up and press Save at the top right

How to Delete An Item That Is Still In An Active Order:
At this time, products that are still in active orders on the platform cannot be deleted. If you are trying to delete an item but get the error Product in an active order cannot be deleted please do the following:

- Click on Item you wish to delete 
- Edit title of Item to “VOID item name” 
- On the right-hand side you will see Is Active  
- You want to click these so they are no longer blue
- Click Save at the top right 

Your item will still be seen by you on the back end but no Retailer will be able to see it on the platform and you will not get orders on this item. The “VOID” also lets our merchandising team know that you will not be making this active again.
