Bulk Upload Troubleshooting

If you are running into an issue with your product CSV bulk upload, please take a look at the below troubleshooting tips.

No Variants are Listed for the Product 

Every product on the platform must include at least one variant. If the product does not have any variants, please put down "OS" for Only/One Size

There are Random/Special Characters in the Export

Bulletin supports any language or characters that are included in the UTF-8 encoding. If you're seeing strange characters in your product descriptions, it most likely means your CSV file isn't saved in a UTF-8 format. To fix it, open the file in a text editor. Save it again at once, making sure that you specify UTF-8 encoding, pictured below:

At the moment, the tool can only support image files in jpeggif and png formats

The tool cannot support .webp images.
