If you need to add more than 10 products at once, our Onboarding Team can help! Please review, duplicate/download and fill out our CSV template to get started.
1. Visit your brand dashboard and click Products in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Import from .CSV button. Download our formatted template.
3. Add your products to the template in Excel, Numbers, or your preferred application. Once finished, be sure to save the document as a CSV file.
4. Click the Import from .CSV button again, and drop your file in to be uploaded.
5. Feel free to navigate away from the screen while your file is uploading, as it may take some time. You’ll receive an email when your products are ready for review.
6. Once your file has finished uploading, it’s time to review your products! Be sure to double-check your prices, add any missing variants, and click the 3 dots menu in the Actions column to edit any product in more detail.
7. When everything is to your liking, click Add All (under the Actions header) to add all products to the marketplace, or the Add button for each item to import one at a time. Your new products are now live!
