We ask that you do not automatically ship out back-ordered items because retailers might not be expecting them. Contact the Retailer via the Bulletin Messaging feature to confirm before you follow through with the order.
If you have already communicated with the Retailer and they've accepted the back ordered items to come at a later date, please follow our FAQ page on how to enter in shipping information for split shipments.
If they would not like to receive the back-ordered items, remove those items from the invoice.
