Each Bulletin Brand is responsible for the safe arrival of all products to retailers. This means it is extra important to pack up your items carefully as they prepare for shipment. When preparing an order for shipment, be sure to include the necessary preventative packaging (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc). This way, your products will survive the journey and arrive at the Retailers safe and sound.
Retailers will inspect their products upon receipt. If any products arrive with damages due to transit it is your responsibility to provide replacements and facilitate the claims process with the carrier.
